On 7th September this year, Lyme Regis will rock to the sounds of thousands of guitars playing on the beach, as musicians coming from all over the country attempt to beat the world record for the biggest ever band playing one song at the same time. Thanks to everyone who came to the Slow Ride To Turin charity auction at the park on Saturday, we had a great night and managed to raise a staggering £4000 for the SRTT fund! This incredible result was achieved thanks to the generosity of the local businesses and individuals who donated the auction lots, and also the participants for dipping into their pockets and bidding so highly throughout the evening.
