Seasonal Pitches

Secure your own spot on the Jurassic Coast with a seasonal pitch at Newlands Holidays. Nestled in the heart of Charmouth and just a short stroll from the beach, it’s the perfect base for spontaneous getaways, relaxed weekends, and longer stays throughout the season. With everything you need on your doorstep, you can enjoy the freedom of coastal living and make the most of your time away, whenever it suits you.

Enquire at reception about a seasonal pitch at Newlands and come and stay anytime between 2nd March - 2nd November 2026. 

Pitches Remaining!

We offer a range of seasonal pitches here at Newlands. The majority of which reside on the Red field and the rest of which are situated by the Yellow field. The pitches can accommodate an English standard caravan up to the size of 26ft (7m) made after 2016 for the 2026 season. Awnings can be left up for the majority of the season.

We have a few pitches remaining for the 2026 season which vary in size in our Red and Yellow touring fields. The cost of the standard pitch is £4380 inc VAT and the fully serviced is £4980 inc VAT. This includes your use of the pitch from 2nd March - 2nd November 2026, 10 AMP electric (fully serviced also includes water and grey waste on pitch), Wi-Fi which is available across the site, and you will receive free swimming for you and your children under the age of 18 years.
