Our Lyme Regis holiday park offers an array of fantastic amenities that make it perfect for your many future getaways. This includes our beloved Leisure Centre, which boasts both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, providing the ideal setting for relaxation and fun. We also have numerous play areas for younger and older children to enjoy, including a splash zone and an indoor soft play area. You'll also appreciate the convenience of our on-site shop and restaurant, ensuring that all your needs are met without having to leave the park.

FAQs

Our season runs from the beginning of March to the beginning of November.

Our seasonal pitches have either 10-amp or 16-amp electric hook-ups.

Yes, electric is included for all seasonal pitches. Some pitches are fully serviced which also include water and grey waste.

Your awning needs to be taken down by the 1st of October in preparation for the winter months/stormier weather.

If you have confirmed a seasonal pitch for the next season, winter storage is available for the closed period November-March for a small charge.

From the end of August current pitch holders are contacted to let us know if they will be renewing their pitch, changing pitch or leaving the site. After this, we will contact our waiting list, then any remaining pitches will be advertised.

Seasonal pitches are licensed for holiday occupancy. You can visit as often as you like, however you are not permitted to live in your caravan.

Seasonal pitch holders all receive a family swim pass which allows free unlimited use of our swimming pools for the pitch holder and their children under the age of 18 years. You also have access to all the park touring facilities, including toilet and shower blocks, washing up areas and laundry rooms. There are also drinking water points, waste water drains and a chemical disposal point. Onsite there is a shop, bar and restaurant, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, recreation area and leisure centre.

Wi-Fi is available over most of the park. This allows you to browse the internet and to send and receive emails. We continue to invest heavily in this service however as Newlands is on a hillside with lots of trees and shrubs, and with many guests logging in at the same time the service may not be as you have at home.

Yes, up to 2 dogs per pitch are permitted. Dogs must stay on leads when outside of your caravan or awning. At the top of the park there is a designated dog walking area.

Yes, friends and family may use your caravan, however sub-letting or renting it out is not permitted.
