West Dorset Holiday Park with Outdoor Swimming Pool

Our outdoor pool is a fantastic place to spend time with your family whilst staying at Newlands Holiday Park in Charmouth. It is open throughout the spring or summer months and provides endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The outdoor swimming pool is part of our popular leisure complex and is situated adjacent to the indoor heated pool. It is easily accessible from all of our accommodation options. 

The outdoor swimming pool at Newlands is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. It's the perfect place to hang out, whether you're enjoying a dip or soaking up the sunshine on one of the sun lounges.

Charmouth Accommodation with Outdoor Swimming Pool

The outdoor pool is a fantastic place to spend time during your Dorset camping or caravan holiday. Here you can play a wide range of games, swim a few laps of the pool, or simply lounge on one of the sunbeds with a book in hand. Time in the pool with your family can create lasting memories and provides an excellent opportunity for parents and children to spend precious holiday time together.  Similarly, our outdoor pool is a fantastic place to socialise with other guests and children make friends with other children staying at our family-friendly holiday park.

We wanted to create an area where the whole family can enjoy time outside, and so, toddler’s Splashzone can be found beside our outdoor pool. This is a dedicated area where toddlers and babies can also enjoy supervised outdoor play.

We are fortunate to offer a fantastic leisure centre featuring not only the outdoor pool and splash zone but also a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub for guests to indulge in during their visit.

Opening Times

From 18/7/20926 9am - 6:45pm daily.

Our outdoor pool will now operate in two daily sessions:
☀️ Morning: 9am–1pm
🌴 Afternoon: 1:30pm–close


We kindly request all swimmers to exit the pool 15 minutes before the finish time, which allows us to close on time.
Admission Prices:

Newlands Holidays Park guests: £4.50*.

Non-guests: £6.

Children under the age of 2 can enjoy the pool for free.

*Residents swimming will increase to £4.50 from March 2027

 

Special Access for Seasonals, Owners, and Swim Pass Holders:
Seasonal guests, owners, and swim pass holders are kindly requested to present their passes at the time of swimming. This verification is necessary for admission to the pool area.

 

Our Splashzone and Outdoor Pool are heated from May Half Term to the 1st of September.
