Leisure Centre - Winter Membership

At Newlands we're introducing a brand new winter membership offer for unlimited use of our leisure facilities. Based in Charmouth our West Dorset holiday park has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Take the opportunity over the colder months to de-stress and relax at Newlands. Newlands Leisure Centre membership

New for winter 2021, our introductory winter membership offer is just £100 for adults 17+, £50 for junior 3-16yrs accompanied by an adult (must be purchased with an adult membership). 2 years and under is free entry.

Opening times

Our swimming pool is open at the following times:

• Monday to Friday 9am - Last entry 4pm
• Saturday & Sunday 9am - Last entry 1pm

Please note: the swimming pool closes 15 minutes before the complex is fully closed. The pool will also be closed for Christmas from 18th December 2021 - 4th January 2022.

Indoor swimming pool

Our indoor pool is 6m x 12m, with a deep end of 1.5m and shallow end 1.0m. We have smart contemporary changing facilities, with hair dryers and lockers and ample parking.

During busy periods we operate an hourly session system. Prebooking is required online 24 hours in advance via www.bookwhen.com/newlands

Sauna and hot tub

We have sauna and whirlpool facilities available for 16 years plus. Saunas are well-known to improve overall health and wellness, anti-aging benefits as well as offering muscular relief and healthier skin and joints.

Private hire and pamper sessions
