Daisy Upton 'Five Minute Mum' Comes to Stay at Newlands
Over Whitsun we had none other than top Instagram influencer Daisy Upton 'five minute mum', her family and Winnie the motorhome come to stay at Newlands.
The social media star enjoyed a stay at our West Dorset holiday park during half term. We were delighted to see that she shared her getaway highlights via her Instagram channel.
Holiday fun on the Jurassic Coast
Daisy had a packed week that included fossil hunting led by our very own Natalie. Other actives included eating ice creams, digging, kite flying, winning tickets at the arcade, swimming in the two pools, and exploring Lyme Regis - including a visit to the newly unveiled Mary Anning statue.
It was a week filled with all of the activities that families with young children love about coming to Newlands and generally having a lovely old time on the Jurassic Coast!
Daisy was full of praise and included some great feedback about her stay at Newlands:
"My two little Mary Anning fans loved every second. Their parents loved the bits where they were entertained and we got time for a cuppa or a pimms in peace!
They don’t just do caravan and camper van pitches, there are also beautiful apartments, caravans and lodges for hire and a field for tent pitches. Basically anything you want they’ve got it (including restaurant, shop, sofa play, two pools, hot tub, sauna, playgrounds for all ages."

Child friendly facilities at Newlands
At Newlands we have recently opened our outdoor pool and new splash zone. These facilities have been recently refurbished and are perfect for families with children to enjoy over the summer.
