We have plenty of motorhome and campervan pitches near Charmouth to choose from at Newlands - all with wonderful views of the surrounding Dorset countryside. Motorhome guests can make use of our excellent on-site facilities, which include the Tow Bar restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, splashzone as well as plenty of children’s play areas to keep younger members of the family entertained.

Newlands Holidays is open to motorhomes from March to October each year. Prices from £26 per night for up to 6 guests. Arrivals from 11am.

Motorhome pitches

We have 5 pitch types to choose from when planning a campervan or motorhome holiday in West Dorset. These include:

• Non electric motorhome pitch
• Grass motorhome pitch with 10-amp electric hook up
• Hard standing motorhome pitch with 16-amp electric hook up
• Premium grass motorhome pitches with 16-amp electricity, mains water and drainage for grey waste. Space for awning
• Premium hardstanding motorhome pitch with 16-amp electricity, mains water and drainage for grey waste. Grassed area for awning

Motorhome sizes

• Standard motorhome pitches can accommodate motorhomes and campervans up to 7m (slightly longer may be available out of the main summer school holidays, please call to enquire & book).
• Hard Standing motorhome and camper pitches up to 7m (call to enquire if your unit is larger than this out of school holidays).
• Premium campervan and motorhome pitches can fit some slightly larger vehicles. Please call us before booking to confirm your vehicle size.

Motorhome fields

Motorhome and campervans are permitted in 3 of our fields at Newlands:

• Red Field – this is our main motorhome field. Close to toilets and just a short walk from
• Black Field – elevated pitches with commanding views. Close to dog walking area
• Yellow Field – situated close to our leisure complex and within easy reach of reception, swimming pool and Tow Bar Restaurant and play areas

Motorhome Holiday Park in Charmouth

Charmouth is a wonderful base for a motorhome holiday in Dorset. From our motorhome and campervan site you can spend your days visiting picturesque towns and villages along the Jurassic Coast, including Lyme Regis, West Bay and Seatown.

If you’d prefer to leave your camper on site, there is a bus stop right outside the park, allowing you to explore the local area with ease. The Devon border is not far away, so you can take in the delights of Seaton and Beer during your stay.
