Newlands is a family-run Dorset holiday park located in the picturesque World Heritage village of Charmouth, just a stone’s throw from the fossil rich Jurassic Coast near the Dorset/ Devon border. Set in 23 acres of landscaped grounds, the park offers a range of accommodation, including some of the finest caravans, apartments and luxury holiday lodges in Dorset, along with a campsite fully equipped with modern facilities for tents and tourers.
We’re perfectly placed for a Lyme Regis camping holiday, offering a great base to explore the wonderful Dorset countryside, enjoy the fabulous local food and hunt for fossils on the many nearby beaches.
With a host of local attractions for families and couples, you'll find our five star Dorset caravan park the perfect place to spend some quality time whatever the season. We are open for hire accommodation and touring from February half term until 30th November.

How To Find Us
We're just off the A35 between Bridport and Axminster 3 miles east of Lyme Regis. Newlands is clearly signed with an excellent wide entrance for tourers.
