Charmouth

The lovely village of Charmouth is in a truly unspoilt and tranquil part of Dorset, and despite its small size offers plenty to see and do for visitors. More about Charmouth.

The Jurassic Coastline

With 90 miles of golden beaches, towering cliffs and hidden coves, the Jurassic Coastline is a fabulously diverse area renowned worldwide for its beauty. Our favourite spots on the Jurassic Coast.

The Coastline X53 which goes along the coast from Exeter - Poole taking in the beautiful Chesil Beach along the road to Weymouth. Weekly tickets can be purchased from the driver and are usable.

FAQs

Newland’s owners can use their holiday home from mid-February until the end of November but facilities close late October. You can visit as often as you like during the this time. We love to see our owners enjoying weekends and longer stays. We are not a residential site meaning we have to adhere to holiday legislation which we will fully discus at viewing.

Your holiday home is only available for holiday use, it cannot be your main or sole residence. We do have to document your home address and use this for correspondence. However, we do not restrict the number of times you can visit for holidays during the season.

Absolutely its yours to enjoy! Family and friends are welcome to visit and stay as you please.

New holiday homes are guaranteed fifteen years onsite after which it is a yearly rolling contract.

Yes! Holiday homes can offer a valuable income. There are some T&Cs but these are pretty straight forward (like you cannot undercut our prices) and we are happy to discuss at viewing.

Of course, they are part of the family. We have a dog walk onsite and allow dogs in our conservatory during low season. The Jurassic coast is a great playground for our fury friends.

Yes, there is an annual site fee which contributes to the running of the park. In addition to this, utilities electric and gas are metered so you do not pay for more than you use just like at home. There is a small charge for our swimming pools.

Sadly we are not able to offer either but we can of course point you in the right direction and have a wealth of knowledge about our industry.
